We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst with experience in contract review to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial aspects of contracts, assessing pricing models, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance in agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze the financial terms of contracts, including pricing structures, payment terms, and cost implications.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to ensure contract terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
Conduct financial modeling and forecasting based on contract terms.
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams during the contract negotiation process.
Track and monitor financial performance related to contracts, including revenue recognition and cost analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations on contract-related financial performance and risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in financial analysis
Strong understanding of financial principles, pricing models, and cost analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
