Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to provide legal advice on contract-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and more.
Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Provide legal advice to internal teams on contract terms, obligations, risks, and implications.
Manage the contract lifecycle from initial drafting through execution and amendments.
Resolve contract disputes and advise on potential legal risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and business development.
Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
years of experience specializing in contracts law, including drafting and negotiating.
Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and risk mitigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare
